SAP Based Project Simulation

Learn everyday project activities through the most effective learning method: Learning by doing. During the project, everyone can test and enhance his or her professionalism, presentation skills and procedures. One will quickly get an overview of the work processes and the highs and lows of a project. Requirements suddenly change, team manager does not provide the promised personal, technical problems occur and so on.

SPE has developed a project simulation based on different SAP software implementations. Project teams would be prepared for their tasks with the AcceleratedSAP (ASAP©) Roadmap. This involves the simulation of a project course with all typical phases, roles, project committees and corresponding tools.

Learning Goal of Simulation

Participants simulate different tasks, roles and functions of everyday project life. Through simulation they become acquianted with a project and its everyday activities and after the training they master ASAP Project Management Methodology.
