Trainee Program
With our trainee program we support our young professionals and the trainees build a solid practical foundation for their career. The current market situation in the field of energy supply places extremely high demands on professionalism, engagement and quality in terms of cooperation with the customer. We provide the trainees with comprehensive tools and knowledge in order to enable them to fulfill their work at SAP consulting projects with the required quality and professionalism.
Program Structure
- Structured employee orientation in order to acquire a profound knowledge of the energy supply industry
- Training in sector-specific economic SAP applications and programming basics
- Practical phases with Training on the Job, first coached when working in a team for the client on-site
- Soft skills trainings such as communication and argumentation techniques etc.
- Accompanying team-building measurements in every training phase
Trainee Program Organization
The program takes 9 months and consists of four phases.
Objective
After successful completion of the training we offer our trainees challenging and attractive tasks as SAP Consultant during interesting consulting projects in the area of supply energy. Our long term objective is to extend their abilities and professional skills in order to enable them to reach the next level in their careers within our firm.
